1 Data Collection

We collect your email address, billing information, and encrypted API keys strictly for the purpose of providing the Akmond Notify service. This information is required to maintain your workspace and deliver accurate billing.

2 Database Credential Encryption

Your external database passwords and third-party Webhook Secrets are never stored in plain text. They are encrypted using an AES-256 cipher before being written to our core database. Our engineering team cannot view or reverse-engineer your raw passwords.

3 Message Processing & Logs

Akmond Notify acts as a one-way outgoing alert system. We read specific transaction columns from your mapped database and immediately push the data payload to our dispatch engine. We only retain delivery logs (phone numbers and status codes) temporarily to allow you to debug and verify successful deliveries in your dashboard.

4 Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only shared securely with our payment processors to facilitate billing, and our Akmond Master Node Infrastructure exclusively for the purpose of physically delivering the WhatsApp messages to end-users.
