Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using Akmond Notify ("Service"), a product of Akmond Business Networks Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. API and Third-Party Integrations

Akmond Notify acts as a routing engine. You are responsible for providing your own WhatsApp API infrastructure (e.g., Green-API). Akmond Business Networks Limited is not liable for any suspension, banning, or throttling of your WhatsApp account or phone numbers by Meta Platforms, Inc., or Green-API.

3. Database Security & Liability

You agree to provide Akmond Notify with Read-Only database access credentials. While Akmond utilizes AES-256 encryption for credential storage, you accept that connecting a remote database carries inherent risks. We are not liable for data loss, breaches, or downtime occurring on your external servers.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All subscription payments and Pay-As-You-Go credit purchases are non-refundable. If your Sentinel Engine monitoring is paused due to failed payment, we are not responsible for missed transaction alerts during the paused period.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but the Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance windows will be communicated via your registered email.
